As of 7/1/2021, registration and licensing with University of Minnesota, Emory University, and other copyright holders is required for any individual or organization presenting or making use of Savvy Caregiver programs, content, or materials. All licensing is managed through Savvy Systems, LLC.

Copyright: All Savvy Caregiver programs, content, and materials in any form are copyrighted and not in the public domain. Effective July 1, 2021, Savvy must be used under license. Read the licensing letter from University of Minnesota, the primary copyright holder of Savvy Caregiver.

Payment of Back Licensing Fees: Organizations choosing to continue offering Savvy Caregiver must pay applicable licensing fees retroactively to 7/1/2021. Licensing fees are based upon the number of Savvy Caregiver workshops (e.g., 6-week, 4-week, 3-week programs) you have offered since 7/1/2021. Choose an appropriate licensing bundle under the Purchase dropdown above. 

End-of-Use Date: Organizations choosing not to pay licensing fees retroactively must stop using Savvy Caregiver programs, content, and materials, effective 7/1/2021.
